Our Vacancy
We’re looking for a skilled and customer-focused Carpenter Multi to join our Repairs team, delivering high-quality maintenance across our social housing properties. You’ll be able to work independently, and confident managing a varied workload to tight timescales. With a proactive and hands-on approach, you’ll take pride in your work, ensuring jobs are completed to a high standard, and contribute to delivering an efficient and professional repairs service.
What you'll do
You will carry out a wide range of carpentry and general maintenance tasks, aiming for a ‘first time fix’ wherever possible. You’ll complete reactive repairs, work collaboratively with other trades when needed, and ensure all work meets health and safety standards. Using company systems, you’ll maintain accurate records, organise materials efficiently, and provide an excellent service to residents while working safely and within agreed timeframes and budgets.
