This role includes travel across England and Wales to support hearings, site visits, and key project activity. Job description
In this role, your day to day will centre on coordinating and progressing complex casework, ensuring activity stays on track and meets key timescales. You’ll allocate and oversee work across the team, provide practical advice and support on cases, and step in to resolve issues as they arise. You’ll work closely with decision makers, contributing to key documentation, supporting hearings and meetings, and ensuring that processes are followed accurately and efficiently from start to finish.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards across delivery ensuring work is timely, accurate, and aligned with relevant legislation and policy. Alongside this, you’ll act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, managing relationships, responding to queries, and supporting individuals through complex processes. Your role will also involve identifying opportunities to improve how work is delivered, sharing knowledge, and contributing to guidance and service improvements taking ownership of outcomes and ensuring accountability at every stage.
Salary
New entrants to the Civil Service are expected to start on the minimum of the pay band. Internal rules apply to existing Civil Servants, i.e. level transfers move on current salary or the pay range minimum, transfers on promotion move to new pay range minimum or receive 10% increase. Either case is determined by whichever is the highest.
The roles are being advertised at HEO Grade which has a salary of £37,579.

This role is contractually based at our office in Bristol, 10-minute walk from Temple Meads train station.
