The Foreign National Offenders Return Command (FNO RC) objective is to protect the public by removing FNOs who commit crime. We actively manage, monitor and progress cases regardless of whether the individual is imprisoned, is detained under immigration powers, or released into the community. We do this by pursuing removal against FNOs who have committed criminal offences, managing each case through the legal process, negotiating barriers, ensuring that we adhere to policies and procedures.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to develop and embed a wide range of people and engagement skills within a high performing team, delivering what is required to continue to make the team a great place to work and to support staff and senior managers in delivery.
