Salary: £13.90 - £14.58 per hour (Pay award pending)
Working Hours: Casual Hours including Weekdays, Evenings and weekends

About the Role
Beaumanor Activities offer exciting outdoor educational programmes on a day visit and residential basis. Activities include canoeing, climbing, high ropes, archery, orienteering, bushcraft, and team building as well as on our Explorations side covering WW2, Victorians, Vikings to name a few.
As a Casual Activities Leader, you will lead on a range of these activities, ensuring they are delivered to a high standard to encourage repeat business. You will also be required to ensure that health and safety requirements are adhered to during activities and to maintain, improve and report on curriculum resources. Occasional evening and weekend working will be required.
An enhanced with barred list DBS check is required for this post.

About You
To apply for this post, you must:
- Have a good standard of education.
- Have relevant experience of instructing/teaching and working with young people.
- Have an interest in learning outside of the classroom.
- Be able to build effective relationships with others and have a desire to achieve excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Have excellent time management skills.
- Be able to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative.
- Be able to display a professional attitude and the ability to remain calm and rational under pressure.
