We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed full-time Children’s Practitioner to join our caring and committed Multi agency team. Multi Agency Teams are at the heart of Derby City Council's Early Intervention Strategy and provide support and services to young children and families.

The Opportunity
As a Children’s Practitioner, you will work directly with children and their families to support wellbeing, build resilience, and ensure the best outcomes. You will provide targeted intervention, individual and group support, and work closely with professionals across education, health and social care.
