We are seeking an enthusiastic, committed and reflective class teacher to join our Ashbourne Primary School team from September 2026. The role will be based in KS1 or KS2, depending on experience, strengths and the needs of the school.

We are looking for an exceptional classroom practitioner, whether that expertise has been developed over several years in post or demonstrated through consistently high-quality practice during initial teacher training. Applications are welcomed from teachers with a strong record of successful classroom experience; ECTs should be able to evidence excellence, professionalism and consistently high standards of teaching and learning.

The successful candidate will consistently demonstrate high professional standards in all aspects of school life, be highly motivated and reflective, and maintain a strong focus on pupil outcomes. They will thrive as part of a collaborative, hardworking team and contribute positively to the wider life of the school.
