Classroom Assistant - 12 month FTC

The Governing Body are looking to recruit a full time Early Years Classroom Assistant to join our outstanding school. Our priority is to find a patient, inspirational and creative person to work within our Reception team. This is a fixed term contract for one year, covering maternity leave.

The successful candidate will:

• be compassionate and understanding

• have a proven record of helping children overcome barriers to learning
• have a positive approach to behaviour management
• be able to work as part of a very effective team (Halton Team of the Year 2026)
• have knowledge and experience of the Early Years Foundation Stage
• have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• be flexible and professionally optimistic
