SALARY: NJC Grade 1, Scale Point 2, £24,413 FTE + SEN Allowance (£1,539 FTE).
Actual Salary £13,824.35 + £870.92 perannum
START DATE: as soon as possible
WORKING PATTERN:
Part time (25 hrs per week) term time only
CONTRACT: fixed term until 31st August 2026
We are seeking to appoint a Classroom Support Assistant to join the school and work as part of a class team providing 1-1 support for pupils, helping to develop independence and communication interaction. Candidates should be suitably qualified and have experience of working with pupils who have ADHD/SEMH/Complex Needs. The successful candidates must be highly committed and show initiative.
We are a growing school and our numbers on roll continues to grow with 285 pupils on roll, including a Nursery. In the most recent Ofsted report (November 2024), the school was judged to of maintained our existing grading of being a ‘Good’ school.
