    Lift Four Dwellings Primary, part of Lift Schools, is seeking to appoint a Classroom Teacher to join our committed and supportive team. This role is suitable for an Early Career Teacher (ECT).

    About the Role

    As a Classroom Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning, ensuring pupils are supported to achieve their full potential both academically and personally.

    This is an excellent opportunity for an ECT to begin their teaching career in a supportive and well-structured environment, where coaching, mentoring and professional development are prioritised.

    You will plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire a love of learning, while maintaining high expectations for behaviour, progress and achievement. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a consistent, ambitious approach to teaching, supporting pupils in developing the knowledge and skills they need for future success.

    Key Responsibilities of the Role

    The successful candidate will:

    • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that engage and inspire pupils
    • Assess, monitor and track pupil progress, adapting teaching where needed
    • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
    • Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and share best practices
    • Contribute to the wider life of the school

    What We Are Looking For

    • Is a qualified teacher (or due to qualify)
    • Is suitable for an ECT or early in their teaching career
    • Has a strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum
    • Is passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning
    • Has high expectations of pupils' behaviour and achievement
    • Is reflective, motivated and committed to continuous professional development
    • Works well as part of a team and builds positive relationships
