We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time, term-time Cleaner to join our warm and welcoming primary school. Griffin Park Primary School and Nursery is uniquely situated by a public park, approximately one and a half miles from the town centre of Blackburn.
No experience is required as we are keen to invest in your training/development. Equipment and products will be provided by the school.
An enhanced DBS check will be required for this post.
Duties include:
- Cleaning of classrooms, corridors, hall and toilets
- Buffing of the hall floor
- Sanitising and disinfecting surfaces to prevent the spread of germs
- Emptying bins and disposal of waste appropriately
- Restock of supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
