We are seeking a reliable, hardworking and conscientious cleaner to join our team at The Observatory School's Leasowe Campus. This important role helps ensure our school remains a clean, safe and welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors.
Duties will include cleaning classrooms, offices, corridors, toilets and communal areas, emptying bins, dusting surfaces, vacuuming, mopping floors and maintaining high standards of hygiene throughout the school. The successful candidate will work with modern cleaning equipment, including industry-leading i-mop technology, enabling efficient and effective cleaning across our facilities.
The Observatory School is a specialist Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) provision. As such, the successful candidate will be comfortable working within a busy and dynamic educational environment and will understand the importance of professionalism, discretion and maintaining positive relationships with staff and pupils.
This is a role for someone who takes pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail and is committed to maintaining exceptional standards. Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Salary range
