Our Team:
The Environment and Regeneration Administration Team are looking for a Clerical Officer to join a busy team. The team are the first point of call for all visitors to Runcorn Town Hall and Municipal Building, and part of the role is to ensure visitors are greeted in a professional manner and directed to their destination with the minimum of fuss. Various clerical duties will also be undertaken to support the wider Directorate. This position will predominately be based at Runcorn Town Hall reception, with cover required on occasion at Municipal Building
Hours: 37 hours per week, on a rota basis.
- Monday 8.30am – 5.30pm
- Tuesday 8.30am – 5.30pm
- Wednesday 8.30am – 5.30pm
- Thursday 8.30am – 5.30pm
- Friday 8.30am – 4.40pm
Your Contributions:
- To carry out Reception duties greeting visitors in a polite and courteous manner.
- Order, receive and issue stationery
- Ensure appropriate and accurate records are kept
- To carry out a wide range of general office tasks with relevant IT experience required.
- To be able to work to deadlines.
