What will you be doing?

As a Client Transport Planning and Operations Manager, you’ll have an incredibly varied role. You’ll lead a Team of dedicated employees to ensuring that that children and adults with Special educational needs have the right transport in place. Our clients attend over 500 different establishments within Kent and beyond and you’ll be responsible for the successful delivery of such a vital service.
While you’ll work collaboratively with a range of audiences offering professional expert advice, and you’ll also create positive working relationships with our suppliers and clients. Your expertise and insights mean that you’ll identify any concerns and spot opportunities for improvement.
To succeed, you’ll be organised, passionate about supporting the people of Kent, and have keen eye for transport. And as a real people person with customer service experience, you’ll be confident talking to different people in potentially challenging situations. Plus, you’ll be self-motivated, work well in a busy environment and enjoy the freedom of managing your own workload.

Salary range
- £63,376 - £70,007 per year
