Skilled teams, exceptional care.

With us, every moment matters. Our UEC teams deliver expert care 24/7, working together to respond quickly when it’s needed most.

As a Clinical Practitioner, you'll deliver urgent care at the point of need – assessing, advising, treating and referring patients through telephone triage within our Clinical Assessment Service (CAS).

This means carrying out autonomous clinical assessments, using your clinical expertise to safely manage patients with a broad range of urgent healthcare needs. You'll provide evidence-based advice, determine the most appropriate care pathway and ensure patients receive the right care, at the right time.

You'll need to be a Registered Nurse or Paramedic (NMC/HCPC) with experience in autonomous clinical practice and telephone triage or urgent care assessment. Strong clinical decision-making, communication skills and a compassionate approach are key to delivering safe, responsive care.

For you, benefits that work.

We’ll support your health, happiness and future with benefits that put you first:

  • Access to the NHS pension scheme (we’ll also honour your
  • existing NHS pension pot and holiday entitlement if you’re
  • transferring)
  • Wellbeing support
  • Flexible working options
  • Career growth and development opportunities
