We are seeking a driven Commercial Contract Manager to join our expanding Commercial Housing Contracts team. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the lifecycle of our strategic contracts, ensuring successful implementation and maximising value for the Council and our residents and tenants.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Contract Manager to leverage your expertise and make a significant impact. You will be responsible for mobilising new repairs and maintenance contracts, managing contract performance, managing contractual risks and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful contract outcomes.
We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in contract management, preferably within the housing or property sector. You should have a strong understanding of contract law, coupled with excellent organisational and project management skills. Communication and negotiation abilities are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
