We are seeking…

Tranmoor Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic, skilled and inclusive teacher to work within and help develop our Communication & Language SEND Hub.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality, personalised teaching for pupils with identified special educational needs, with a particular focus on speech, language and communication needs (SLCN).

The teacher will create a nurturing, communication-rich learning environment in which pupils feel safe, understood and able to succeed. They will work collaboratively with colleagues, families and external professionals to ensure that pupils receive consistent, ambitious and effective support.

The postholder will contribute to the ongoing development of the SEND Hub and support the sharing of effective communication and inclusive practice across Tranmoor Primary School.

Above all, we are looking for a teacher who sees the child before the need.

The successful candidate will be patient, curious and ambitious for children; who recognises that communication can look different for every pupil; and who understands that successful SEND provision combines high expectations with carefully personalised support.

You will enjoy working collaboratively rather than in isolation and be willing to share ideas, learn from specialists and contribute to the continued development of the Hub.

You should be passionate about creating an environment where pupils can communicate, participate, belong and achieve.
