Are you looking for experience in PR and communications?
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing team in an important role. This key role will involve interviewing a variety of people across the public sector, pulling together and editing publications, disseminating research and creating multimedia content on social media with the ambition of expanding APSE’s reach onto new platforms.
We are looking for a creative communicator who can produce high quality, purpose-driven content for a local government audience. This role will give you the chance to utilise excellent writing skills and provide an opportunity for you to attend events across the UK, working with APSE’s events team including advertisers, sponsors and exhibitors.
An ideal candidate will be motivated, reliable and able to work on their own initiative, as well as being part of a team. This role might suit a recent graduate or someone who is looking for their next move. APSE is willing to provide training on different applications and platforms to the right candidate. A knowledge of basic graphic design is helpful but not essential.

Salary range
- £28,598 - £39,152 per year
