You’ll take ownership of complex, multi-channel campaigns that genuinely make a difference to our communities, ensuring they are rooted in research, aligned to strategy and measured for impact.

You’ll also support and coach colleagues within the team, helping to build capability and foster innovative working practices. The role requires strong analytical ability, including producing and interpreting service and management information to inform new campaigns and continuous improvement.

You’ll be comfortable working independently within clear guidelines, using your initiative to make decisions while recognising when to escalate policy or resource matters. This is a fast-paced role with competing demands and deadlines, so resilience and the ability to manage pressure are essential.

Please note this role does not attract sponsorship.

About you

You are an experienced communications and marketing professional with a strong track record of delivering effective campaigns and demonstrating their impact. You bring in-depth, current knowledge of marketing and communications theory, best practice, and legislative requirements relating to trading opportunities, media relations, PR, copywriting and publishing.

You have successfully implemented communications strategies and led multi-disciplinary project teams, using research and evidence to inform your approach. Your experience in client and account management enables you to build trusted relationships while maintaining professional standards and compliance.

Above all, you are strategic yet practical, confident yet collaborative, and motivated by delivering communications that truly serve the public.

This is a public facing role so you’ll need to show off your fluency in speaking and writing English
