We are looking for a customer-focused leader with a high level of drive determination to achieve excellence in all aspects of our community investment and resident engagement services. You will bring creativity and flair to your job and be an inspirational leader to your team.

    You will lead on the development and implementation of our tenancy sustainment and resident engagement strategies, organising delivery to ensure a positive impact on the communities we serve.

    Our ideal candidate will have:-

    • Proven experience of community investment and/or resident engagement including developing and implementing strategies.
    • Successful track record of implementing value for money initiatives and managing large departmental budgets.
    • Experience of devising or operating project appraisal and evaluation methodologies relevant to Community Investment work.
    • Proven track record of delivering and managing successful resident engagement/empowerment activities and projects, including building consensus and managing conflict.
    • Positive “can do” attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
    • CIH Level 4 or willingness to undertake this training.
    • Able to attend evening/weekend meetings.

    • £57,843 - £64,269 per year
