We have an opportunity for an Community Learning Employment Support Tutor to work on a casual/relief basis.
About you...
We are seeking an empathetic and effective Employment Support Tutor to assist adults with their job search skills.
Our learners may have recently been made redundant or are seeking a career change, or they might have been out of the job market for some time. You will provide practical support, experience and resources to help individuals build confidence and develop skills as they work towards sustainable employment goals.
NB: This is a sessional role with variable hours.

- Design and deliver courses: create, implement, and manage learner progress
- Quality teaching and assessment: provide high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment experiences for adults
- Stay current: keep abreast of subject area developments and curriculum changes
- Enhance community education: support the community and continuing education team’s mission to deliver an exceptional educational experience for Bracknell Forest residents
