Blackburn Central High School is looking to recruit reliable, enthusiastic and customer-focused Casual Lettings Assistants to support the operation of our facilities during evening and weekend community lettings.
This is a varied role where you will help provide a safe, secure and welcoming environment for customers, visitors and community groups using the school's facilities. Working as part of the lettings team, you will open and secure school premises, monitor activities, assist with equipment set-up, carry out routine inspections and support the smooth running of lettings sessions.
We are seeking individuals who:
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Can work confidently on their own and as part of a team.
- Are organised, proactive and able to manage a range of responsibilities.
- Have basic IT skills and are willing to learn new systems.
- Are flexible and available to work evenings and weekends.
- Have experience in a sports, leisure or recreational environment (desirable).
- Hold a First Aid qualification or are willing to undertake training (desirable).

Salary range
- £13.28 - £13.70 per hour
