The Community Safety Team is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable officer who is ideally familiar with the services carried out within community safety including Anti-Social behaviour, domestic abuse, safeguarding and asylum dispersal.
This role will suit a person with excellent customer care, great communication skills and experience of delivering public facing services, sometimes in challenging and demanding situations. You will need to be able to build productive relationships with other internal teams and external organisations to meet the demands of the unit.
You will be competent in using telephone systems and possess a high standard of keyboard skills to input data effectively and efficiently. An effective communicator both written and orally is essential. Inputting and extracting data from various systems is another key skill required for this role along with the ability to be a productive member of this busy team.

Salary range
- £26,824 - £28,598 per year
