Our Supported Living service provides a welcoming home for 12 adults with learning disabilities or complex needs, living across two comfortable bungalows.

About the job…….

As part of our Community Support Services, you will work in our Supported Living service and you’ll also have the chance to gain experience across Day Opportunities, and MiCare services.

The role includes some evening, weekend, and bank holiday work to ensure we meet the needs of those we support. However, we are flexible and willing to consider different working patterns to suit your lifestyle.

Because of the nature of the job, some physical tasks such as moving and handling and providing personal care are required.

Pay rates:

  • Basic pay of £12.85 - £13.05 per hour
  • Saturdays at £19.28 - £19.59 per hour
  • Sundays and bank holidays at £25.70 - £26.11 per hour

Previous experience is helpful but not essential. We offer a thorough induction, personalised training, and full funding to complete the QCF Diploma and Level 2 Health and Social Care qualifications.

The successful applicant for this post will be subject to an enhanced check by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). The costs for the DBS are paid by us.

Please note: the successful applicant will also need a full driving licence to travel to different locations and use service vehicles.
