Safer Communities would like to invite applications for a Town Centre control room operator. You will work within the security team who provide services for the public, other council services, schools and council buildings.
You will be responsible for:
Monitoring CCTV cameras throughout the borough.
Working with various government agencies.
Reporting camera outages
Producing daily reports for Council officers.
No experience is required. Full training and uniform will be provided. The successful applicants must successfully pass NPPV level 2 vetting equivalent to joining police standard. The offer of a position will be dependent on the result of that vetting check.
