The South Downs National Park Authority (SDNPA) is seeking an experienced and motivated Corporate Planning and Performance Lead to play a pivotal role in turning ambition into delivery across the National Park.
The role combines strategic oversight with strong governance and accountability at the heart of the organisation, responsible for ensuring that our corporate planning, partnership delivery, performance management and project governance work together to achieve the statutory purposes and long-term vision for the South Downs.
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will oversee the periodic review, development and delivery of the Partnership Management Plan, the National Park’s statutory long-term plan. You will manage the performance and project team, oversee the authority’s project portfolio, and ensure robust performance monitoring, reporting and learning across the National Park Authority and wider partnerships.
