    Would you relish the opportunity to support teaching in a highly inclusive and innovative establishment? Willow Bank School is an SEMH provision for pupils aged 8 16. We believe we are a centre of best practice for personal development, pastoral care and teaching and learning. We require a dynamic, committed, and hardworking Cover Supervisor to join us who is passionate about pupil engagement and progression and dedicated to supporting pupils in their learning journey.
    This role involves supervising classes across Key Stages 3 and 4, ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of teaching staff and supporting the Pastoral Team. The successful candidate will also lead targeted interventions for specific groups and individuals, helping to close gaps in learning and promote positive outcomes.


    Experience working with pupils with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs is highly desirable, as is the ability to build positive relationships and maintain a supportive learning environment.


    The successful candidate will be expected to ensure that pupils’ special educational needs are being met in line with the pupil’s individual ECHP whilst having due regard for the school’s philosophy and policies.
