Customer Engagement Coordinator
£30,000 – £32,000 (depending on experience) + health cash plan, life assurance, generous holidays, car and cycle to work scheme
Clapton Park Management Organisation is a resident-led housing organisation located within Hackney, east London and now looking for talented and ambitious individuals.
Having already made significant changes to the quality, levels of delivery and satisfaction for residents over the last three years more improvements are now planned to develop services even further.
We are looking for experienced and approachable customer service professionals to join our housing services team. You will be the first point of contact for our residents, contractors and other members of the public.
This is a front line position so demonstrable experience of a customer facing role is essential. You will also need to be flexible and work under pressure, have effective IT skills and a good telephone manner.
The successful candidate will be engaging and have a warm disposition, good communication skills and an understanding of social housing.
You will be a good team player, able to adapt to new challenges and provide innovative solutions.
