£35,500 – £38,000 (depending on experience) + Health cash plan, Life assurance, Generous holidays, Car and Cycle to work scheme

Clapton Park Management Organisation is a resident-led housing organisation located in Hackney, east London and now looking for talented and ambitious individuals.

Having already made significant changes to the quality, levels of delivery and satisfaction for residents over the last three years more improvements are now planned to develop services even further.

We are looking for an experienced and approachable customer service professional to join our housing services team. The successful individual will lead on building good relations with residents, service users and external bodies. This is a front line management post where you will need demonstrable customer service skills.

High on the list of achievements we are looking for in the successful candidate will be an engaging and warm disposition, management experience, good written communication skills and an understanding of social housing.

You will build on our housing service standards, be innovative and positive in nature in order to be an important part of providing excellent customer focussed service.
