What you'll do:
- ?? Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails & more
- ?? Diagnose and schedule repairs
- ?? Log complaints and resolve issues
- ?? Take rent payments and advise on accounts
- ?? Collaborate across teams to deliver seamless service
- ?? Hit KPIs for customer satisfaction and resolution
What you'll bring:
- ? 1+ year of repairs experience
- ? 1+ year in a contact centre
- ? Confident with Microsoft 365, CRM & telephony systems
- ? Solid housing and repairs knowledge
