Customer Service Advisors

We have an exciting opportunity within our busy Customer Service team. We are currently seeking 3 full-time and 1 part-time enthusiastic and highly motivated people to join us as a Customer Service Advisor, our office working hours are Monday-Thursday 8.30-5pm and Friday 8.30am-4.30pm

We are looking for individuals who have excellent communicators at all levels. The ideal candidates will be professional and have a positive attitude, have experience of dealing with customers and be able to work under pressure. Ideally, the candidates will have extensive computer experience (although some training will be given). They will need to demonstrate that they can provide an excellent service to all customers contacting the Council in accordance with the Council’s Customer Charter and ensure that a positive image of the Council is conveyed at all times.
