Tuesday 10.45 - 17.15 (15 mins break)
Wednesday 12.00 - 17.15 (15 mins break)
Thursday 12.00 - 17.15 (15 mins break)
Friday 12.00 - 16.45 (15 mins break)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual with excellent customer service skills to join our team.
You will support the Customer Service team and be responsible for handling a variety of telephone, face to face and email enquiries. You should have excellent IT and keyboard skills together with good listening and questioning skills. Previous experience in Local Government services would be an advantage but is not essential. We would welcome you to apply if you can demonstrate transferrable skills such as excellent customer skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
This will be a flexible hybrid of working from home or within the Council offices, once trained. Flexibility in shift patterns and the ability to work in Hemel Hempstead, Berkhamsted or Tring is required.

Salary range
