Customer Service Team Leader - Fixed Term 7 months

Our Vacancy

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused leader with strong communication and people management skills, and a passion for delivering excellent service. You’ll be organised and confident managing performance in a fast-paced environment, with experience in customer service and complaint handling. With a flexible and solutions-focused approach, you’ll support team development, drive continuous improvement, and ensure services are delivered consistently in line with best practice and organisational standards.

What you'll do

You will support the day-to-day leadership of the Customer Services team, overseeing workloads, coaching staff, and ensuring high standards of service delivery. You’ll take the lead on complaints coordination, helping to resolve issues quickly while identifying opportunities for improvement. Working closely with colleagues, partners, and contractors, you’ll promote a customer-centric approach, monitor performance, and use customer insight to enhance services and deliver a positive customer experience.
