In this role, you’ll be at the frontline of our housing repairs and asset works service, providing advice and information to residents over the phone and online. You’ll be part of a supportive and dedicated team, working together to deliver effective services across our district.

What you’ll do:
- Provide a high-quality, customer-orientated advice and information service
- Communicate effectively with residents via phone and online channels
- Support housing repairs and asset works by offering accurate and timely information
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure excellent service delivery
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in providing information and advice in a customer service setting
- Knowledge and understanding of housing repairs work and works planning
- Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Confidence in using your own initiative in a busy, fast-paced environment
