Customer Services Advisor x4

As the first point of contact, by phone, online or in person - you'll play a vital role in supporting the public. You'll actively listen, ask the right questions and provide clear, empathetic advice to help resolve enquiries, including those of a sensitive nature.

• strong communication skills
• good IT skills with the ability to work from two screens simultaneously
• The ability to manage multiple demands under pressure
• A proactive, solution focused approach
• A commitment to continuous improvement and teamwork

Probation

In accordance with the Council Probation Procedure, this post is subject to a 6-month Probationary Period.

Fluency Duty
