
Damp and Mould Administrator
As Damp and Mould Administrator, you’ll play an integral part in the delivery of Peabody’s repairs, maintenance and property services to deliver a first-class service to our customers and residents.
What you’ll do:
With a strong background in delivering customer service and ideally with knowledge of the laws and legislation in relation to repairs, specifically damp and mould, you’ll provide administrative support to the Damp and Mould team to ensure they we are compliant with Awaab’s Law.
You’ll be responsible for managing the team inbox, completing admin tasks and updating information relating to CRM cases and assigning cases to the Damp and Mould team so your IT and organisation skills will be top notch.
You’ll manage enquiries and requests via the telephone, email and other means of communication and a part of your role will include contacting residents to acknowledge new cases and confirm appointments. You’ll also have excellent attention to detail as you’ll be reviewing reports and extracting data for the wider team. You’ll be working on a variety of tasks so it’s essential that you can organise your workload effectively and adapt to moving priorities and meet strict deadlines.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to work from the Pitsea office two days per week.
Your focus will be on ensuring compliance with Awaab’s Law and improving customer satisfaction across the service. If you’re an organised, adaptable, proactive and a team player with a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.
What you’ll need:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, providing a service through telephone, email and written communication
- Experience of using Microsoft packages
- Experience in investigating and reporting on numerous sources of data
- Previous repairs experience would be an advantage.
