What you’ll be doing

  • Acting as a customer‑facing specialist for condensation, damp and mould cases Coordinating medium‑ and high‑risk cases from first contact through to completion.
  • Working with repairs teams and contractors to remove barriers and progress actions.
  • Using your sector knowledge to review repair history, identify root causes and support service improvement.
  • Ensuring all casework is compliant with housing legislation and current damp and mould regulations.
  • Keeping residents informed with clarity, empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to lessons learned.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience working in housing, building services or a property‑related field, ideally in a customer‑facing or operational context.
  • Strong case management experience, including coordinating repairs‑related cases from start to finish.
  • Proven ability to manage high‑risk, complex or escalated cases with resilience, sound judgement and a calm approach.
  • Good working knowledge of housing legislation, compliance requirements, and damp and mould regulations.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, sensitively and professionally in challenging situations.
  • Confident working with internal teams and external contractors, supported by strong IT skills (including Microsoft Excel and relevant housing/repairs systems).
