Teacher of Dance, with the ability to teach some Drama

Dance is thriving at HSLC. In 2025, our students were crowned Dance Live! National Champions, having also won their regional heat and additional awards for Costume and Video. In 2026, our dancers were selected to perform at the FRESH Youth Dance Festival at Leeds Playhouse, showcasing their work alongside youth dance groups from across Yorkshire.

We are now looking for an excellent practitioner who can build on these successes and inspire the next generation of HSLC performing art students.

The successful candidate will teach GCSE and RSL Level 3 Diploma courses in both Dance and Drama. Through creative and engaging teaching, they will inspire our students, bringing enthusiasm, ambition and a genuine passion for performing arts to the classroom and wider life of the school.
