Do you have a passion for data integrity and digital transformation? Castle Point Borough Council is seeking a Data Specialist to lead all data-related activities for the successful implementation of our new Integrated Housing Management System (IHMS).
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the accurate, secure, and complete migration of data from legacy systems into the new IHMS platform.
- Own the data mapping, cleansing, transformation, validation, migration, and quality assurance processes.
- Work closely with Housing Services, ICT, MRI (or other vendors), and external partners to deliver reliable, compliant data.
- Ensure data is fit for purpose to support operational delivery, regulatory requirements, and enhanced customer experience.
About you:
- Significant experience leading data migration, management, and quality assurance projects.
- Strong technical expertise in data mapping, transformation, processes, and validation.
- Deep commitment to data security, compliance, and accuracy.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, able to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
