The Major Works Delivery team are looking for an two experienced Delivery Programme Leads with experience in Project Management of large, planned works to include but not limited to Kitchen/Bathrooms renewal, External works, Retrofit and complex projects. The role reports to the Partnership Manager. We are looking for someone to join our team to bolster their current wealth of experience and knowledge.

Your impact in the role:
The Delivery Programme Lead will be responsible for the delivery and quality of designated large, planned programmes including Kitchen and Bathroom renewal, External windows and door programmes, roofing and retrofit works. Working with our partnered contractors to deliver excellent customer service and high-quality product. Ensuring that the L&Q property assets are maintained in line with the allocated programmes. All projects are to be developed into an efficient de-risked solution to which our partners/contractors can deliver. Covering refurbishment, planned investment, mechanical and electrical works, and fire safety remediation. The role includes being the first point of contact for residents, partners and stakeholders.
What you'll bring:
Successful candidate must be have excellent prior knowledge and site experience to be able to undertake a wide range of technical duties including inspection, measurement, supervision of works along with the sign off of the works on-site. They must have knowledge of pricing structures such as NHF and schedule of rates.
The candidate must have contract management experience, including risk management skills.
It is essential that you are able to demonstrate strong planning, organisational and administrative skills ensuring accurate and timely records while managing data effectively. You must be able to present to internal and external stakeholders and must be able to demonstrate collaboration and influencing skills, with key stakeholders.
Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel, able to compare spreadsheets, perform v-lookups, use basic pivot tables and formulae and produce simple reports.It is essential to have knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
The candidate should be able to produce mail merges and presentations.
The candidate must be able to collaborate and work as a team, be able to positively contribute when dealing with both internal and external stakeholders and have nurturing and empathic attributes.
The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure whilst recognising and acting on their own priorities as well as being able to support others when needed.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this role, as travel between sites is required.
