We are looking to recruit a highly organised and motivated individual to to role of Pastoral Support Leader and Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, who will manage our strong pastoral support team. We need an exceptional practitioner, who will be an inspirational role model to our pupils and work with staff and families to give our pupils the best start to their education. You will lead our support team, providing social and emotional interventions for our pupils as well as providing a range of support to families. In addition, you will support the Designated Safeguarding Lead, managing the case load, attending meetings with professional, supporting staff and providing data for SLT.

We are looking for:
An experienced practitioner who can demonstrate successful partnerships with parents.
Someone ideally with experience of working in Children’s Social Care/Early Help or the Police.
A positive and enthusiastic member of the school community
