Wolverham Primary School is seeking an exceptional Deputy Headteacher to join our dedicated leadership team. You will work closely with the Headteacher and the Director of Education, contributing to the strategic direction of the school while having a visible and impactful role in daily school life. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to wider Trust priorities and benefit from high-quality professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on teaching, learning, and curriculum development across the school
  • Drive school improvement priorities, ensuring the highest standards of pupil progress and attainment
  • Coach, mentor, and develop staff at all levels to build sustainable excellence
  • Play a key role in safeguarding, behaviour, and inclusion to create a positive, nurturing learning environment
  • Strengthen relationships with families, governors, and external partners
  • Contribute to the wider work of the Trust, including collaboration with other schools where appropriate

Salary range
