Fulltime, Permanent Deputy Headteacher

Following the promotion of the current Deputy Headteacher to Headship, the Governing Body wishes to appoint a highly motivated and inspirational Deputy Headteacher to join our happy, caring school. You will be a practising Catholic with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be hardworking, dedicated and ambitious for their own development as well as that of the school.
You will have:
A clear vision and commitment to Catholic education.
Exemplary classroom practice with high expectations of pupils¿ achievement.
A commitment and passion to raise standards for all children.
An excellent understanding of special educational needs and inclusion.
Excellent communication and organisation skills and the ability to lead, motivate and inspire others.
The ability to work effectively with the Headteacher, SLT and Governors to achieve excellence.
Proven management and leadership skills in core areas of the curriculum.
