Due to the retirement of our long-standing Headteacher and the appointment of the Deputy Headteacher to the role of Headteacher for September, the children, parents and staff of Dee Point Primary School are seeking to appoint an inspirational and highly motivated Deputy Headteacher who has a sense of humour, is kind and caring who will embody our values and ethos and support the Headteacher in leading our welcoming, diverse, community school.
The successful candidate must be able to maintain and enhance the existing strengths of the school, whilst bringing the drive and vision necessary to lead the school into its next exciting chapter. The new Deputy Headteacher will bring fresh perspectives to the role, taking into account both local and national strategies.
You will have responsibility for Y2 through to Y6 and work alongside a Deputy Headteacher for the Resource Provision and Two Assistant Headteachers one with responsibility for EYFS and Y1 and the other with responsibility for SEND in mainstream and the Pastoral Team.
