Deputy Headteacher

Due to the promotion of the current post holder to Headteacher the Governing Body is seeking to appoint a highly motivated Deputy Headteacher to support our strategic vision and play a significant role in the continued success and future development of the school.

Supported by our newly appointed Headteacher for September 2026, Governors and staff are looking for someone who:

• Has a proven track record of school improvement
• Can offer vision creativity and forward thinking approach to raising standards
• Take a strategic role in cross curriculum development and school evaluation
• Is an excellent classroom practitioner with experience of data and assessment tracking
• Who can inspire excellence in teaching and learning
• Most importantly, puts the children at the heart of all they do
