About the role
This is an intelligent client role where you’ll lead a diverse portfolio of projects from concept to completion (RIBA 0–7), working with external consultants and contractors to deliver high-quality, compliant outcomes.
From Schools and Special Educational Needs provision to Residential Children’s Homes, Modular Buildings and Schools Condition Allocation funded works, you’ll manage varied projects where no two days are the same—requiring innovation, strong leadership and a solution-focused mindset.
About you
Essential:
- Experience delivering projects in educational settings
- Knowledge of children’s residential homes and delivering projects to the relevant legislation
- Experience with modular accommodation and school condition works
- Strong project management and contract knowledge (JCT/NEC)
- Contract procurement
- Cost and Programme Management
- Ability to manage stakeholders and external delivery teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint
