We’re looking for a Direct Payment Support Worker to join our team on a part-time basis (22.5 hours per week). You’ll be out and about, supporting customers in their homes and communities—so a full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential.

- Help customers achieve their goals—whether that’s improving wellbeing, gaining independence, or simply enjoying their day.
- Promote social activities and community engagement to boost confidence and connection.
- Work closely with other teams and partner agencies to ensure safeguarding and welfare needs are met.
What makes this role special:
You’ll be helping people live life on their terms. Whether it’s supporting someone through a tough moment or celebrating a small win, your care and encouragement will mean the world to them.
You’ll be part of a supportive team that values your empathy, energy, and commitment to helping others flourish.
Could it be you?
We’re looking for someone who:
- Can work 22.5 hours a week
- Understands that everyone’s needs are unique—and responds with kindness and flexibility
- Respects the individuality of every customer and celebrates diversity
- Has knowledge of housing support needs and welfare benefits
- Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a car
- Is happy to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
