<h4>Direct Payments Worker/Personal Assistant</h4><dl><dt>Job description</dt><p>Gentleman in his early 60s requires a Personal Assistant to support him in the home and out and about locally. Gentleman has epilepsy although his medication controls this. He enjoys going for walks and out with his dog and requires support to prevent him from falling. </p><p>The role is to keep him company, forming a trusting relationship to make him feel safe. This role will also give his family member time from her caring role. </p><p>Candidates must have patience and empathy and reliability, whilst respecting privacy of gentleman and his family member.</p><p>DBS/Reference checks will be required for this post – Cost to be met by the local authority.</p></dl>
