Disrepair Lead
We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Disrepair Lead to join our Repairs Team. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of disrepair case management and help us deliver a resident-led, legally compliant and high-quality service.
You’ll work closely with legal services, contractors, and operational teams to ensure disrepair cases are resolved efficiently and in line with the Disrepair Pre-action Protocol. You’ll be a key part of improving our repairs service and supporting our residents through what can be a challenging time.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing disrepair cases from letter of claim to resolution.
- Liaising with solicitors, residents, and contractors to ensure repairs are completed to a high standard.
- Supporting residents and keeping them informed throughout the process.
- Collaborating across teams to improve service delivery and meet KPIs.
- Identifying trends and contributing to service improvements.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll bring:
- Experience of managing disrepair or complex repairs cases. Along with an understanding of disrepair pre action protocols and case resolution processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. With proven ability to support residents, manage expectations and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Evidence of prioritising team goals, supporting colleagues and adapting to changing demands. Along with working collaboratively and flexibility within a team.
- Proficiency in relevant IT systems, MS Excel, CRM platforms and internal tracking tools.
- Evidence of your alignment with our organisational values.
