Millvina House (Anfield) is a vibrant 60 bed Nursing home providing accommodation, care and support for residents with general Nursing and EMI Nursing assessed needs.
We require a Domestic to join our team to ensure a clean & safe environment for our residents. We are seeking a professional and dedicated individual to join an established team at Liverpool City Council. The Role:
- As the role of the Domestic you will be cleaning of designated areas to ensure that they are maintained in a hygienic condition, including polishing/dusting – cleaning paintwork, windows, hoovering and using cleaning equipment
- Domestic staff as instructed by the Resource Manager, carry out all general laundering duties including washing/ironing, folding of linen and garments
- Domestic staff will be required to use of larger domestic type washing and drying machines and rotary irons
- In your role as a Domestic you will ensure and maintain the laundry area in a clean and tidy state. Kitchen duties – cleaning work surfaces/tables/chairs/crockery
