An opportunity has arisen due to retirement to appoint a Grade 3 AA:AF 7123, Domestic/Cleaner to work 17.00 hours, 5 days a week (mornings 10.00am until 13.30pm), 39 weeks per annum, term-time only. Actual Salary: £9380.00
Archers Brook SEBD Residential School caters for pupils who are 8 to16 year old.
Do you have experience working within a domestic/cleaning/kitchen environment, of our thriving school, we are looking to appoint a dedicated and resourceful individual to be part of the team within Archers Brook to ensure our pupil’s learning environment is always clean.
Purpose of the job: -
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, reliable, efficient and hard-working School Domestic/Cleaner to join our friendly school team.
To maintain the school buildings and site to the highest standards to ensure a safe learning environment for the school, staff and students.
Your important and varied responsibilities and duties (but not limited to) will include:
Canteen assistant - assisting in the kitchen/canteen at lunch times
Cleaning areas
Essential
- Experience in a kitchen/canteen, cleaning duties and knowledge of best practices in kitchen/canteen/cleaning
- Ability to work under own initiative without supervision
- Aware of the importance of providing a quality service and satisfying the cleaning requirements of the school
- Ability to work on your own and to work as part of a team
- Reliable
